Yn y tridegfed flwyddyn, yn y pedwerydd mis, ar y pumed diwrnod o'r mis, gan fy mod ymhlith yr alltudion ger camlas Chebar, agorwyd y nefoedd, a gwelais weledigaethau o Dduw.
1In the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth day of the month, as I was among the exiles by the Chebar canal, the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.
2Ar y pumed diwrnod o'r mis (roedd hi'n bumed flwyddyn alltudiaeth y Brenin Jehoiachin), 3daeth gair yr ARGLWYDD at Eseciel yr offeiriad, mab Buzi, yng ngwlad y Caldeaid wrth gamlas Chebar, ac roedd llaw'r ARGLWYDD arno yno.
2On the fifth day of the month (it was the fifth year of the exile of King Jehoiachin), 3the word of the LORD came to Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by the Chebar canal, and the hand of the LORD was upon him there.
4Wrth imi edrych, wele, daeth gwynt stormus allan o'r gogledd, a chwmwl mawr, gyda disgleirdeb o'i gwmpas, a thân yn fflachio allan yn barhaus, ac yng nghanol y tân, fel petai'n pelydru metel. 5Ac o'i ganol daeth tebygrwydd pedwar creadur byw. A dyma oedd eu hymddangosiad: roedd ganddyn nhw debygrwydd dynol, 6ond roedd gan bob un bedair wyneb, ac roedd gan bob un ohonyn nhw bedair adain. 7Roedd eu coesau'n syth, a gwadnau eu traed fel gwadn troed llo. Ac roedden nhw'n pefrio fel efydd gloyw. 8O dan eu hadenydd ar eu pedair ochr roedd ganddyn nhw ddwylo dynol. Ac roedd gan y pedwar eu hwynebau a'u hadenydd felly: 9cyffyrddodd eu hadenydd â'i gilydd. Aeth pob un ohonyn nhw'n syth ymlaen, heb droi wrth iddyn nhw fynd.
4As I looked, behold, a stormy wind came out of the north, and a great cloud, with brightness around it, and fire flashing forth continually, and in the midst of the fire, as it were gleaming metal. 5And from the midst of it came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance: they had a human likeness, 6but each had four faces, and each of them had four wings. 7Their legs were straight, and the soles of their feet were like the sole of a calf's foot. And they sparkled like burnished bronze. 8Under their wings on their four sides they had human hands. And the four had their faces and their wings thus: 9their wings touched one another. Each one of them went straight forward, without turning as they went.
10O ran tebygrwydd eu hwynebau, roedd gan bob un wyneb dynol. Roedd gan y pedwar wyneb llew ar yr ochr dde, roedd gan y pedwar wyneb ych ar yr ochr chwith, ac roedd gan y pedwar wyneb eryr. 11Y fath oedd eu hwynebau. A lledaenwyd eu hadenydd uchod. Roedd gan bob creadur ddwy adain, pob un yn cyffwrdd adain un arall, tra bod dwy yn gorchuddio eu cyrff. 12Ac aeth pob un yn syth ymlaen. Lle bynnag y byddai'r ysbryd yn mynd, aethant, heb droi wrth fynd. 13O ran tebygrwydd y creaduriaid byw, roedd eu hymddangosiad fel llosgi glo glo, fel ymddangosiad fflachlampau yn symud yn ôl ac ymlaen ymysg y creaduriaid byw. Ac roedd y tân yn llachar, ac allan o'r tân aeth mellt allan. 14Ac roedd y creaduriaid byw yn gwibio yn ôl ac ymlaen, fel ymddangosiad fflach o fellt.
10As for the likeness of their faces, each had a human face. The four had the face of a lion on the right side, the four had the face of an ox on the left side, and the four had the face of an eagle. 11Such were their faces. And their wings were spread out above. Each creature had two wings, each of which touched the wing of another, while two covered their bodies. 12And each went straight forward. Wherever the spirit would go, they went, without turning as they went. 13As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of fire, like the appearance of torches moving to and fro among the living creatures. And the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning. 14And the living creatures darted to and fro, like the appearance of a flash of lightning.
15Nawr wrth imi edrych ar y creaduriaid byw, gwelais olwyn ar y ddaear wrth ymyl y creaduriaid byw, un ar gyfer pob un o'r pedwar ohonyn nhw. 16O ran ymddangosiad yr olwynion a'u hadeiladwaith: roedd eu golwg fel pelydru beryl. Ac roedd gan y pedwar yr un tebygrwydd, eu hymddangosiad a'u hadeiladwaith fel petai'n olwyn o fewn olwyn. 17Pan aethant, aethant i unrhyw un o'u pedwar cyfeiriad heb droi wrth iddynt fynd. 18Ac roedd eu rims yn dal ac yn anhygoel, ac roedd rims y pedwar yn llawn llygaid o gwmpas.
15Now as I looked at the living creatures, I saw a wheel on the earth beside the living creatures, one for each of the four of them. 16As for the appearance of the wheels and their construction: their appearance was like the gleaming of beryl. And the four had the same likeness, their appearance and construction being as it were a wheel within a wheel. 17When they went, they went in any of their four directions without turning as they went. 18And their rims were tall and awesome, and the rims of all four were full of eyes all around.
19A phan aeth y creaduriaid byw, aeth yr olwynion wrth eu hymyl; a phan gododd y creaduriaid byw o'r ddaear, cododd yr olwynion. 20Lle bynnag yr oedd yr ysbryd eisiau mynd, aethant, a'r olwynion yn codi gyda hwy, oherwydd yr oedd ysbryd y creaduriaid byw yn yr olwynion. 21Pan aeth y rheini, aeth y rhain; a phan safodd y rhai hynny, safodd y rhai hyn; a phan gododd y rhai hynny o'r ddaear, cododd yr olwynion ynghyd â hwy, oherwydd yr oedd ysbryd y creaduriaid byw yn yr olwynion.
19And when the living creatures went, the wheels went beside them; and when the living creatures rose from the earth, the wheels rose. 20Wherever the spirit wanted to go, they went, and the wheels rose along with them, for the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels. 21When those went, these went; and when those stood, these stood; and when those rose from the earth, the wheels rose along with them, for the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.
22Dros bennau'r creaduriaid byw roedd tebygrwydd ehangder, yn disgleirio fel grisial syfrdanol, wedi'i wasgaru uwch eu pennau. 23Ac o dan yr ehangder estynnwyd eu hadenydd yn syth, y naill tuag at y llall. Ac roedd gan bob creadur ddwy adain yn gorchuddio ei gorff. 24A phan aethon nhw, clywais sŵn eu hadenydd fel sŵn llawer o ddyfroedd, fel sŵn yr Hollalluog, swn cynnwrf fel sŵn byddin. Pan wnaethant sefyll yn eu hunfan, fe wnaethant ollwng eu hadenydd.
22Over the heads of the living creatures there was the likeness of an expanse, shining like awe-inspiring crystal, spread out above their heads. 23And under the expanse their wings were stretched out straight, one toward another. And each creature had two wings covering its body. 24And when they went, I heard the sound of their wings like the sound of many waters, like the sound of the Almighty, a sound of tumult like the sound of an army. When they stood still, they let down their wings.
25A daeth llais oddi uwchben yr ehangder dros eu pennau. Pan wnaethant sefyll yn eu hunfan, fe wnaethant ollwng eu hadenydd. 26Ac uwchlaw'r ehangder dros eu pennau roedd tebygrwydd gorsedd, mewn ymddangosiad fel saffir; ac yn eistedd uwchlaw tebygrwydd gorsedd roedd tebygrwydd gydag ymddangosiad dynol. 27Ac i fyny o'r hyn a oedd yn ymddangosiad ei ganol gwelais gan ei fod yn pelydru metel, fel ymddangosiad tân wedi'i amgáu o gwmpas. Ac i lawr o'r hyn oedd ag ymddangosiad ei ganol gwelais fel petai ymddangosiad tân, ac roedd disgleirdeb o'i gwmpas.
25And there came a voice from above the expanse over their heads. When they stood still, they let down their wings. 26And above the expanse over their heads there was the likeness of a throne, in appearance like sapphire; and seated above the likeness of a throne was a likeness with a human appearance. 27And upward from what had the appearance of his waist I saw as it were gleaming metal, like the appearance of fire enclosed all around. And downward from what had the appearance of his waist I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and there was brightness around him.
28Fel ymddangosiad y bwa sydd yn y cwmwl ar ddiwrnod y glaw, felly hefyd ymddangosiad y disgleirdeb o'i gwmpas. Felly roedd ymddangosiad tebygrwydd gogoniant yr ARGLWYDD. A phan welais i ef, mi wnes i syrthio ar fy wyneb, a chlywais lais un yn siarad.
28Like the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud on the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness all around.Such was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell on my face, and I heard the voice of one speaking.
